If you missed out on this incredible experience last year in Guatemala then you’ll be excited to hear Shannon Liebel and Manas are meeting again for our 3rd annual High Vibrations Retreat and this time we are taking to the coast of Nicaragua for an incredible 7 night retreat with in walking distance to Playa Escameca and all the magic that Nicaragua has to offer.

High Vibrations is a unique retreat curated with the intention of supporting you in raising your vibration, returning to your most powerful self and having a damn good time. We welcome people of all ages or your whole family. We use music provided by Manas, with drum workshops, drum circles and daily yoga, meditation and mindfulness practice with Shannon to help you deeply reset and feel your capacity for your highest vibrations through music and drums!

Each day will include yoga and meditation, a group or private drum lesson or circle, we have some incredible activities planned, think sunset sailing on a catamaran, jungle and waterfall hike, meals with locals, live music by Manas, delicious food and time to explore and reset.

An example of a day with Manas and Shannon at High Vibrations begins with morning yoga and meditation, grounding you from the beginning. Breakfast is a vegetarian meal shared family style, followed by free time to lay by the beach, listen to the waves and remind yourself of the healing power of nature. You'll return to the yoga shale for a sunset drum circle help get stay in complete rhythm with our highest selves and Manas will close the night after dinner with a live concert!

This week long retreat is open to everyone no matter your yoga or drum experience level. We are all here to learn and to grow, you do not have to know your rhythm, you will be joining so Shannon and Manas are can help you find your rhythm and flow.
